Who We Are

A nonprofit that stands with those who need it most

Nuvia Haven Charity Foundation is a Nigerian nonprofit dedicated to vulnerable children, including street-connected children, and older people. We provide shelter, healthcare, education, basic necessities, and compassionate community-based care across Ibadan and beyond.

We work in partnership with families, local communities, and allies who share our conviction that no child or older person should face life alone.

Our Aim

What we are here to do

The primary aims of the Nuvia Haven Charity Foundation are to provide a safe and nurturing environment for street children and older people, particularly through access to healthcare, basic necessities, and education.

Our work aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals — SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and SDG 4 (Quality Education) — guiding how we protect health and open doors to learning.

Our Compass

Vision and mission, clearly distinct

Our vision paints the future we believe in; our mission describes how we work toward it.

Vision

A society where every vulnerable child and older person can live with safety, dignity, opportunity, and hope.

Mission

The Nuvia Haven Charity Foundation exists to create safe, dignified, and hopeful lives for the most vulnerable members of our society — street-connected children and older people who have been abandoned, neglected, or are living in difficult conditions. We provide shelter, healthcare, nutrition, education, and basic necessities, working with families and communities to reduce the cycle of poverty and neglect and help people rebuild their lives with dignity.

Residential care facilities and day support that give older people a safe home, good nutrition, healthcare access, and companionship.

Pillar 04

Healthcare and Well-being

Connecting vulnerable children and older people with medical care, health awareness, and the support they need to live well.

Pillar 05
